Shipping Costs

Our company is located in Alhaurín el Grande, Málaga 29120. Depending on your address, delivery will take 2 to 5 business days.

The driver will call you on the phone number you provided to ensure delivery, however if you wish to add further contact details please email us at cristine@cambridgekayaks.es and include your order number in it. If the driver is unable to reach you on the day of the scheduled delivery, unfortunately this could result in a delay in the delivery of your kayak, due to the size of the kayak and preparation for the delivery of large items.

It is your responsibility to arrange assistance if you wish to have your kayak delivered to an upstairs dwelling, our drivers only make deliveries from the road.

If you require further details on the status of your shipment, please message Cristine on 674845852 or email cristine@cambridgekayaks.es and include your order number. We will then contact Transaher directly to obtain the information.

Only sign for delivery of your kayak if it arrives in good condition and you are happy to accept it. Then, you have 24 hours to check your kayak in case it has any type of damage caused by the transit of the trip, since our insurance requires it. During the trip, the kayak may get a little scratch on the outside, but this will not affect the performance of the kayak at all.

Please, do not use your kayak until you are sure that it does not have any type of damage, it is for your safety.

We only accept returns within 30 days and the kayak must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are pending a full inspection.

We are proud of our FREE delivery service; however, we also appreciate all feedback about the delivery service.

All kayaks shipped to the Balearic Islands are subject to cost, please email us with your address and the model of the kayak you wish to purchase and we will get you the best available price.

(we do not deliver to the Canary Islands)
